SCOPE OF WORK

Project Overview: Boliden Odda Feed and Calcine Bin Manufacturing

As Çolakoğlu Makine, we have successfully completed the manufacturing and engineering works for the feed and calcine bins, which play a critical role in industrial production processes, for Boliden Odda. This project required high precision and meticulous attention in both the production and engineering phases.

Within the scope of this project, we have manufactured three feed bins, each covering an area of 225 m², and a calcine bin with a diameter of 16 meters, a height of 20 meters, and a total volume of 6300 m³. Our manufacturing processes were carried out in full compliance with the EN1090 standards that our company holds, ensuring that all quality requirements were met to the highest degree. This certification reflects our commitment to adhering to international quality control and safety standards throughout our production processes. High-durability materials were used to ensure the long-term performance of the tanks.

In addition to manufacturing, Çolakoğlu Makine played an active role in the engineering phases of the project. All logistics details, from load calculations to packaging procedures, were meticulously managed by us, ensuring seamless delivery. Our engineering team's expertise, along with detailed analyses and careful planning, was integrated into every phase of the project.
