CRUSHER MODIFICATION-ADR EXTENSION STEEL BUILDING-ADR WATER TANK

SCOPE OF WORK

It is the work of increasing the capacity by disassembling the Metso Crusher and Sieve in the existing Crusher Plant.

The existing steel structure has been completely revised. The steel construction structure was revised by designing for the assembly of Metso, Scalper and Apron Feeder. The 80-ton bunker covered with wear-resistant HARDOX 500 was manufactured and installed. In the modification, the location of the Metso crusher was shifted and concrete registration was made again.

100 tons of lime tank, basic concrete base and steel support structure are formed and positioned at the conveyor feeding point.

The steel construction structure of the existing ADR facility was extended and a double girder bridge crane was manufactured and installed for maintenance of 5 tons and 3.2 tons.

The automation, electricity and commissioning processes of the system were completed and delivered without any problems.
