SCOPE OF WORK

The projects manufactured for ERDEMİR Plant, İskenderun / Hatay, are weba chute's designs, which is a professional a company specialized in its field.

Within the scope of the project, there are flow control chute projects in different concepts feeding 5 different conveyors. The project generally consists of chute sections, hardox liner plates, special hardox lip parts, rubber materials, skirtbox projects, platforms and ladders, conveyor side rubber mechanisms and support steel structures.

Notwithstanding that the project manufacturing requires detailed and precise manufacturing, high quality standards are required in manufacturing processes. All the manufacturing of the projects has been realized by Çolakoğlu Makina in accordance with the technical standards, customer specifications and customer demands and in the light of the high quality and high quality manufacturing experiences. The quality document files of all the projects have been made according to the directives of the customer specifications.

Hardox plates and all other chute equipment have been assembled and delivered by our company. The installation of 5 different chute projects and all the revision works on site in the existing structure notwithstanding that carried out by Çolakoğlu Makina.
